About
A few years ago, I started exploring research on magnesium and its role in the body. I found out that magnesium is involved in hundreds of essential biological processes, including the maintenance of normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, and cellular health [1].
At the same time, I came across research suggesting that magnesium intake may be lower than ideal in many Western diets, and that today's scientists are discovering more and more, how magnesium intake relates to long-term health outcomes [2–4]. While the science is still evolving, it became clear that magnesium is a nutrient worth paying closer attention to.
That’s what inspired Magneful.
Magneful Bars are made from simple, whole ingredients—nuts and seeds that are naturally rich in magnesium—crafted into a delicious, everyday snack. Instead of fortification or supplements, the focus is on eating real food from natural sources.
Magneful Bars are designed to help you get closer to meeting your daily requirement, whether you’re heading out at the beginning of the day, or if you just need a quick and nourishing snack.
